the other supportive staff.
The
department of Home Science on collaboration with Rainbow Hospitals , conducted
a free medical camp for the students and staff members of St. Joseph’s college
for women (A).
The
medical camp consisted of various checkups like:
Ø Anthropometric
measurements
Ø BMI
analysis
Ø HB
test
Ø Gynecologist
consultation
Ø Dietician
consultant
Ø Total 5 members were present in the medical
camp from the hospital. The doctors present were:
Total no. of 200-250 registrations were
done on the day. 120 for HB test; 40 gynaec consultations; 40 dietitian
consultations were registered.
CONCLUSION:
All the staff and the
students have actively participated in the medical camp and made it a success.
