The main focus of this program was to create awareness on “Gut Health”, specifically targeting females of reproductive age.
This initiative was undertaken to highlight the importance of gut health and its direct impact on digestion, immunity, and overall well-being. The session commenced with an informative and illustrative lecture, where students used various audio-visual aids like charts, leaflets, flashcards, and posters to deliver key information effectively.
The lecture emphasized the significance of the gut microbiome in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and discussed dietary practices that support gut health. Topics covered included the role of gut-friendly foods, probiotics, prebiotics, and the link between gut health and mental health.
